Payment
50% deposit + R500 breakage deposit payable no less than 30 days prior to arrival. Breakage deposit will be paid back into your account within 3 days of check out should everything be in order.
Should booking be made less than 30 days before date of arrival a 50% deposit + R500 breakage deposit will be needed within 48 hours to secure the booking. Breakage deposit will be paid back into your account within 3 days of check out should everything be in order.
DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
The balance of the amount can be paid in cash up on arrival or via EFT before arrival.

Cleaning
You will have fresh linen and towels upon arrival.
Should you need this changed or if you would like the house to be cleaned there will be a charge of
R150 - 00, we will need 24 hours notice.
